Our primary method is to build a custom web scraper that pulls relevant content from your website, such as product descriptions, FAQs and articles. In addition, we can include data from other sources such as PDFs, XLM feeds or APIs.
We help you assess the material to ensure it is accurate and comprehensive. If information is missing, we'll make a plan for how it can be added or updated.
Any gaps in information are automatically registered in our dashboard so you can easily add the missing answers. We always recommend keeping data consistent and up to date, as contradictions can make answers less accurate.
How much work do we have to put in ourselves?
We take care of the technical stuff. The most important thing from your side is to give us insight into how you want to answer your customers' questions and where we can find the information.
A standard solution without integrations typically only requires:
- An introductory meeting of approximately 30 minutes.
- A 15 - 45 min kickoff meeting.
In addition, we recommend that you test the solution internally before launch. This usually takes 30 - 90 minutes. Our team also tests before launch.
